June 2011 - Performance Gauges

We realize understanding your business at a glance is important to quickly grasp the key performance indicators of your workflow. One sure-fire way of assessing this information quickly and easily is to have gauges that display KPI when you log into ProductLine. Here are some of the gauges we've added:

The overall quality gauge displays the quality of products being shipped based on inspection data being collected for each factory order. The more orders pass inspection, the higher the value on the gauge.
The lead-time days gauge lets you know at a glance how your deliveries are standing up to supplier/factory lead-time estimations. The closer your products are leaving the factory within the estimated number of days indicated on your product records, the closer your gauge will read to 100%.
The on-time delivery gauge displays how your suppliers/factories are measuring up to anticipated delivery vs. actual delivery. If your factories are performing at expected levels, your products will be leaving the factory within an expected number of days from when each PO was confirmed by the factory.
